These terms apply to NUKTA AI Marketing Studio (studio.nuktaai.com), run by [legal name] ("we"). The Studio is part of NUKTA AI Premium. The NUKTA AI Terms on nuktaai.com also apply; where they differ about your account, Premium or payments, the NUKTA AI Terms apply.

The service

The Studio helps you plan marketing campaigns and writes drafts with AI. Drafts can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable. You must read, check and correct every draft before you use it, and you are responsible for what you publish.

We do not promise any result, such as leads, sales, reach or rankings.

Access

  • You sign in with your NUKTA AI account. The Studio is available while your NUKTA AI Premium is active.
  • Premium includes a monthly number of AI generations in the Studio. We may change this number for future Premium periods. Unused generations do not carry over to the next month.
  • After your Premium ends you can still open, copy, download and delete your saved campaigns, but not create or change them.
  • Price, payment and refunds of Premium follow the NUKTA AI Terms and Refund Policy on nuktaai.com. The Studio takes no payments.

Fair use

  • Do not use the Studio for anything illegal, misleading or harmful, or to write content that breaks the rules of the platforms where you publish it.
  • Send promotional WhatsApp messages and emails only to people who agreed to receive them.
  • Do not try to get around usage limits or to access other users' data.

Your content

Your business details, campaigns and the drafts made for you are yours to use. You allow us to store and process them to run the service.

Availability

We try to keep the Studio available, but AI services and hosting can be slow or down at times. We may pause AI generation to protect the service.

Ending

You can delete your Studio data at any time under Account. We may suspend access that breaks these terms.
