NUKTA AI Marketing Studio (studio.nuktaai.com) is run by [legal name], [address] ("we"). It is part of NUKTA AI Premium. This page explains what the Studio stores and how it is used. The NUKTA AI Privacy Policy on nuktaai.com covers your NUKTA AI account and payments.
What the Studio stores
- From your NUKTA AI account, when you sign in: your NUKTA AI user number, name, email address, whether you are NUKTA AI staff, and the start and end dates of your Premium. The Studio never asks for, receives or stores your password.
- Business Profile and campaigns: the business details, briefs, plans and drafts you enter or create.
- Usage: how many AI generations you used, and simple counts of actions (for example "campaign saved") without their content.
- Login: a record of your Studio login that holds only a scrambled (hashed) form of your login code, and an expiry date.
The Studio does not take payments and does not send marketing emails.
Why we use it
- To sign you in, check that you have Premium, and save your work.
- To write campaign plans and drafts with AI.
- To protect the service against abuse and to limit AI usage fairly.
AI processing
When you ask for a plan or a draft, the details needed to write it are sent to Google (Gemini API): your Business Profile, the campaign brief and the campaign plan (as you edited them), and for a new version of a draft also the current draft and any change you type.
Early access: at the start the Studio uses Google's free Gemini API. Under Google's terms for the free Gemini API, Google may use what is sent to improve its products. [Check this sentence against Google's current Gemini API terms before launch.] Before your first generation the Studio shows you this once and asks you to confirm. Do not enter customer lists, your customers' phone numbers, passwords, bank details, health information or other private data. Your own business contact details in Approved facts are fine.
Who else processes your data
- NUKTA AI (nuktaai.com): sign-in and Premium status.
- Hostinger: hosting and database.
- Google (Gemini API): AI text generation.
We do not sell your data.
Cookies
The Studio uses two necessary cookies: one that keeps you logged in for up to 7 days, and one that protects the sign-in for 10 minutes while you go to nuktaai.com and back. No advertising cookies and no third-party analytics.
How long we keep it
Your profile and campaigns stay until you delete them. If your Premium ends, you can still open and download your campaigns. When your NUKTA AI account is deleted on nuktaai.com, we delete your Studio data at our next daily check. Login records are deleted when they expire. Usage counts are kept for [period].
Your choices and rights
- Edit your profile and campaigns at any time.
- Delete a campaign, or use "Delete my Studio data" under Account to delete your profile, campaigns and drafts.
